The Final Push!!

It's hard to believe it's Wednesday evening already but so much is packed into our days that it seems to fly towards bedtime before we know it. So what have we been up to since Saturday?

The weekend was pretty relaxing and it was good to get a bit of rest. We went to Church on Sunday at 8 and it lasted for 2 hours! But the praise was great and it was again a wonderful experience. The rest of the day was quiet but then on Monday morning it was back to the school for a couple more days building. The children in the school were finishing off their exams so everyone was involved in the building and we got a lot of work done. A couple of the ladies Hazel and Ida were helping with a health clinic on Tuesday and thoses of us who have sponsored children at the school got a chance to visit thier home. The depth of poverty in these families is staggering.

Today the team were spilt in a few different directions. Ronnie, Robinson and Alwyn went off to put curtain poles up in the new Abaana Guesthouse. Jackie and hazel were at another health clinic, and the rest of us went for our final visit to Christ the King Primary School to hold a sports day. Everyone enjoyed it and it was very emotional as we left in the bus.

This may well be my last update, unless I come across a Pc tomorrow, until God willing, we get home when I'll upload all my pictures, but until then here are a few more pictures and I hope it's stopped raining at home!!!
